Product Marketing Associate Job Description
Forza is a leading B2B adhesive, tape & sealant products company and Formoclean is a cleaning product fast growing B2C company focused on commercializing natural plant and chemical-based products that are safer and more effective alternatives to what is primarily used in B2B and B2C markets. This coordinator role is vital for the success of both Marketing AND Sales and will help drive growth at new and existing B2B accounts and will help drive growth with retailers, Amazon, and consumers. You will work hand in hand with the Head of Marketing, Design Director, Sales Team, and the Operations Team – with a focus on:
- Helping ready products & product-related materials for commercial launch in both B2B and B2C
- Driving Sales growth via B2B Email/SMS and other CRM activities
- Driving Sales growth via B2B and B2C Social Media Content Calendars and Social Media Posts
- Researching and Applying Cutting-Edge AI algorithms in production of Email, Blog articles, Social Media posts, and Video assets
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create, Manage & Track Email Campaigns, Email Database & Email Automation via Pardot
Create, Manage & Track (with CMO) marketing content calendar, social media organic & paid posts
Marketing Campaigns - Lead Generation
- Campaign Planning in conjunction with sales team
- Coordinate Asset Creation (content/graphics/videos/emails/etc)
- Campaign Management
- Tracking ROI/ROA & Other KPIs
Social Media
- Social Media Account Management
- Content Planning
- Post Creation and Coordination (copy/graphics/videos/white papers, etc.)
- Tracking ROA & Other KPIs
Email Marketing
- Bi-weekly emails to prospects and/or Customers
- Quarterly Newsletter Management
- Communication of Company/Brand Announcements/Updates
- Communication of Product Announcements/Updates
- Create and Coordinate creation of all required Assets (copy/graphics/videos/etc)
- Tracking ROA & Other KPIs
Product Marketing - New Product Initiation
- Co-Manage Trello NPI Board in collaboration with Product Management
- Coordinate and Finalize with R&D and Sales SDS and TDS product related documents
- Manage Product Labels – Creation, Revision, & Compliance
Product Marketing - Marketing Literature
- Product Labels - Creation/Updates/Preparation for Print Production
- Product TDS (Technical Data Sheets) - Creation/Updates
- Product SDS (Safety Data Sheets) - Creation/Updates
Brand Management
- Trademark Set Up & Renewal
- External Building Signage Management
- Ensure team is using correct branding according to guidelines
Promotional Products
- Promotional Product Research/Planning
- Coordinate Graphic Design for Promotional Products
- Ordering & Managing Stock of Promotional Products
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent
- 2 Years of Full-time professional work
- Familiarity with Product Marketing
- Familiarity with Digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Email systems, social media
- PROVEN STRONG familiarity with Design Software: Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, etc
- PROVEN STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT Software experience – Trello, Monday, or DaVince
- PROVEN STRONG familiarity and dexterity with PC operating system and device and cloud file management software including: Microsoft Sharepoint and OneDrive and Teams
- PROVEN veracious appetite and aptitude to research, learn and master new things
- Able to see the big picture. Look long term with a "business owner" mindset
- Able to write marketing ad copy and Social Media post copy
