Overview:

Screen Printers Resource has been in business for over 25 years, and our staff has been with us the entire time for the most part. We have a recent vacancy for our Marketing Manager position! We are searching for a motivated individual willing to learn and grow with our team and company! Standard Hours Mon-Fri 8 - 5

Responsibilities: 

The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.

• Oversees the daily workflow of the department and functions
• Oversees and work to enhance/improve Website-Shopify/Social Media Platforms/Communication
• Organize and plan Shows/Expos with Sales team
• Work and collaborate with Leadership and sales team on sales strategies/communications

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generations
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
• Oversee content creation for marketing collateral, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and product brochures.
• Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborates in the development of new products.
• Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
• Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics,
• HubSpot, SEO tools, Mailchimp, Nimble, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
• Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Power Point, Excel or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field required.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role, with proven success in leading teams.
