Consistent Capital is seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, based in Charleston, SC, you will spearhead marketing efforts to elevate our brand presence, drive lead generation, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities: 

  • CRM Development: Collaborate with our LOS team to enhance CRM systems and create seamless client experiences.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Design customer journeys tailored to client personas, behaviors, and locations.
  • Website Redevelopment and Management: Oversee the redesign of our primary website and create localized, salesperson-specific websites tied to the main site.
  • Social Media Management: Coordinate the production, collection, and posting of engaging content. Manage boosted posts and ad campaigns.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Organize sponsored events, such as REIA group meetups. Plan educational sessions and borrower/broker appreciation events across our markets.
  • Promotional Materials: Manage swag orders and create unique, personalized post-closing gifts for borrowers.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually compelling marketing materials, including digital and print assets, to align with brand standards.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Oversee Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and lead capture portals. Utilize SFR analytics and data scraping to identify opportunities.
  • Podcast Development: Launch and manage a company podcast while securing opportunities for team members to appear on industry podcasts.


Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in website management, including development and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and data effectively.
