To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive our lead pipeline and increase brand engagement in the enterprise market.


Role Summary

As a Marketing Specialist, you will spearhead initiatives to generate high-quality leads and move them through the funnel. This role involves planning, executing, and analyzing targeted campaigns across various channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal pipeline impact. You’ll be a key player in aligning marketing with sales strategies, ensuring that leads seamlessly transition through each stage of the customer journey.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, events) aimed at converting enterprise prospects. Design end-to-end campaigns, including content creation, landing pages, and email sequences.

Lead Nurturing: Design workflows that segment and score leads based on engagement, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized progression through the funnel.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CPL) using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to align on target accounts, ensuring smooth handoff and strategic support for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify target personas, decision-makers, and industry trends, adapting strategies for enterprise buyers.

Content Collaboration: Partner with content and product marketing to create thought leadership materials, case studies, and solution briefs that resonate with prospective customers.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in lead/demand generation or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Clay), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics tools. Familiarity with ABM tools is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation skills to drive data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills; experience tailoring messages for enterprise audiences.

Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects, optimize workflows, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' of marketing experience
  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
  • Excellent writing and communication skills


We offer these benefits:

  • The base salary range for this role in the US is between $80,000 and $100,000
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, we cover 50 percent of the premiums
  • Up to 160 hours of paid time off a year to spend however you want

Base salary and total compensation are dependent upon many factors, such as skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
