JOB DESCRIPTION:
Fun. Rewarding. Exciting. 3 words to describe working at one of the USAs most well-known hospitality brands. We are looking for a passionate, creative, hardworking individual who wants to work at our brand new, state of the art Miami based office and join our transformation journey.
The successful candidate will work within the Brand Marketing team which serves as an internal agency to the rest of the business. They will assist with content, campaigns and other marketing related tasks and communicate plans with the wider business. The candidate must be organized with excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and creativity is important.
The candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision, have good initiative, be tenacious and enjoy day-to-day challenges of a fast-paced environment. There may be some travel and photo shoot support.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports brand marketing campaign creation from beginning to end.
Is a point of contact for business wide creative requests. Writes briefs and traffics through creative services to completion.
Frequently reviews print and other marketing deliverables to ensure accuracy and delivery to deadline.
Maintains websites for accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintains monthly competitor analysis report and provides important findings to marketing team members.
Conducts research and creates presentations as needed.
Creates internal communications such as memos and campaign documents.
Assists the team in coordinating various interdepartmental functions such as team calendar, memos and more.
Supports with other Brand Marketing tasks as needed.

Creative copy writing skills
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations
EXPERIENCE:
Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Marketing Specialist competently.
Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing/Business or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years related experience in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations.
