Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years in marketing/brand management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong project and time management skills
Additional Work Experience and Other Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office + Google suite, with experience using a marketing CRM tool, such as Hubspot. Experience or ability to learn website management / CMS preferred. Demonstrates strategic thinking, creative problem solving, thorough understanding of product and strong interpersonal skills. Shows initiative, works well in groups and independently. Healthcare experience not required, but a plus.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Writing and editing content for marketing pieces and external communications, working with VP of Marketing and internal Creative team to produce print, collateral and digital content.
- Management of monthly product + brand newsletters, inclusive of: brief development, copywriting, scheduling + deployment, reporting
- Maintaining and updating Baby360’s website, using WordPress - inclusive of lead capture, product pages, scholarship applications and more.
- Partner with VP of Marketing and Content team to ensure product releases and updates are accurately reflected across all collateral, including: website, product catalog, sales materials, reference documents and enablement tools
- Assistance in the planning and execution of annual expo and conventions, inclusive of: booth/expo logistics coordination, travel planning, marketing materials, client comms, etc.
- Supporting Sales team in the development and execution of core marketing needs, primarily focused on the updating and building of presentations (from template)
- Management of brand Google Business and LinkedIn accounts
- Management of intranet, with monthly content refresh needs
