Here's how a(n)Marketing Coordinatorfor our Seattleoffice contributes to our team: Responsibilities Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters. Assist in the preparation and coordination of proposal documents and presentations. Execute district marketing initiatives based on the district marketing plan. Conduct market research to support business development initiatives. Provide support for internal communication initiatives and employee engagement programs. Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional items. Support the development and execution of the company's brand strategy. Support industry events through planning, going to events, and development material for those events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, preferably within the construction industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, particularly within the B2B environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical skills and problem solver. Self-starter who has strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of construction terms and industry trends is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to managemultiple projects and deadlines. Experience with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite. The salary range for this position is $63,500 to $82,200 depending on background and experience. PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. Any salary range displayed by a job board is an estimate.
