Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and deliver content including text, photo, computer-generated graphics, and video assets for use in digital and traditional marketing programs and other company initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing event activities including trade shows, professional association memberships, company participation at industry events, sponsorships, and customer entertainment logistics.
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and use of CRM systems, sales lead delivery mechanisms, digital asset management procedures, company websites, social media accounts, SEO, PPC, email, and other marketing programs.
  • Coordinate the activities of external marketing partners including printers, promotional item producers, apparel manufacturers, publishers, caterers, furniture rental, etc.
  • Update and maintain marketing calendars, plans, budgets, reports, and sales territory data. Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and perform other department administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to company brand guidelines and manage project expenses to budget.
  • Assist in planning and providing content for annual employee and customer meetings and events to include sporting events, site meetings, seasonal gatherings, and employee programs.
  • Assist with the placement of effective advertisements in regional media publications.
  • Assist in the regular creation and posting of unique and effective social media content for business advertisements.

Education, Experience & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
  • 3-5 years of business marketing experience
  • Direct experience in digital marketing and social media content development, delivery, and messaging
  • Graphics design experience: digital and print
  • Direct experience with maintenance and content development of business websites
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
