The Expertise We’re Looking For:

· Prior experience in marketing/social media (Required)

· High School Degree (Required)

· Associate’s/bachelor’s degree in marketing or Similar Degree (Preferred)

· Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)

Key Traits of a Successful Marketing Coordinator:

· Able to communicate verbally and in writing

· Able to learn and adapt to changes

· Ability to be detail oriented

What You Will Be Responsible For:

· Coordinate all marketing campaigns, databases, and client communication

· Coordinate all client events and room/lodging accommodations

· Confirm with clients of scheduled event date and location

· Participate in community events and network opportunities

· Create, track and report marketing analytics and present reporting metrics

· Track prospect-to-client process

· Oversee social media channels and create company social media content

· Manage, update and write responses for company social media platforms

· Manage company website and updates

· Create, implement, and manage email campaigns and monthly newsletters

· Podcast Video editing, distribution and promotion

· Archive all marketing material

· Oversee the development and updates of company materials

· Schedule appointments post event

· Perform reminder calls prior to an event

· All other duties as assigned

Pay: $50,000 DOE
