Marketing Internship
Interdynamics, Inc. offers an 8-to-12-week internship program where the intern will gain
experience in the mental health industry, speaking directly with licensed mental health
professionals to inform consumers of our offerings. The intern will create video content with our
clinicians and explain the process of receiving behavioral health services (ex. Insurance
verification, evaluation education, addiction education), dispel misconceptions, and destigmatize
the act of seeking help. They will gain experience in digital ad campaigns, writing ad copy, and
targeted marketing campaigns.
Our Interdynamics, Inc. Brand Ambassador is responsible for assisting in a range of marketing
initiatives within an organization. Their duties include creating social media content and posting
schedules exclusively for Tik-Tok. They will be a face for the company as a brand ambassador,
explaining our services to the audience they have already grown. The intern will support the
marketing staff by developing promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase
revenue. The duties and responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador include:
Cultivate a voice as a trusted source on issues related to therapy, counseling, and mental
health
Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company services on various
social media websites
Support marketing team at in-person and online events (webinar support) and encourage
potential clients to follow us on our social media channels
Assist on influencer campaign strategy
Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
Facilitate new client entry by coordinating with the front desk staff
Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience
Help create and edit short-form videos
Assist with photo/video content shoots
Ensure brand message is consistent
Soliciting Yelp and Google reviews
Qualifications:
Strong research/writing skills and attention to detail
Storytelling ability-- taking the consumer from problem to fix as it relates to our services
The ability to engage with an online audience daily
A social media following of 1K engaged followers on Instagram and/or Tik-Tok
Two years of an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or
Mental Health completed
