Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Marketing Consultant who will lead end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met. This opportunity is located in Overland Park, KS!

Duties:

• Oversee virtual event and webinar workstreams and develop tactical plans to achieve established goals
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
• Leverage and improve upon established processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution
• Manage the virtual events and webinars calendar and content calendar logistical planning
• Develop content for the event including an outline, PowerPoint presentations and speaking points
• Develop webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
• Proven success in managing virtual events and webinars, as well as in-person events
• Experience with On24 or other virtual platform and customer engagement hubs
• Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
