Quality Services Moving is a growing, veteran-owned and award-winning relocation company headquartered in Lorton, VA seeks creative, in-house Marketing Specialist to facilitate branding for multiple locations and foster continued expansion efforts. - Identifies business trends, demographic audiences, and market share to develop appropriately targeted marketing strategies to meet or exceed corporate objectives
- Develops and implements effective marketing campaigns to increase company’s presence and evaluates effectiveness/ROI of each
- Implements strategies to positively promote company’s image, history and values, services and capabilities, and staff to help educate consumers, increase brand awareness, and facilitate continued growth
- Manages corporate online presence to optimize website effectiveness, maintain stellar reputation, promote branding, increase web leads, etc.
- Collaborates with Sales Department to create and distribute sales materials and to identify, attend, and/or sponsor pertinent events to accomplish sales objectives
- Oversees campaigns to maintain regular communications with previous customers to facilitate repeat business, employs tactics to foster employee morale, and regularly works to promote positive relationships both internally and externally
- Interacts with PR firms and other entities to maximize corporate visibility
- Monitors web and social media activity to maintain positive corporate image, makes appropriate updates, and professionally engages others to cultivate new relationships while fostering existing ones
Requirements:
- 2+ years Marketing-related experience in a for-profit environment (a degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field is preferred but not required)
- Highly creative with an exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Prior content development and distribution experience via print and electronic means
- Tech savvy with familiarity using CRM, SEO/SEM techniques, social media strategies, and deploying e-mail campaigns
- A positive, service-oriented attitude, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Professional demeanor with an appropriate presence and tact to suitably represent our company in various environments
- Reliable transportation to/from our Lorton, VA facility (NOTE: Position is located in Lorton and is NOT metro-accessible!)
