Job Description
Marucci Sports is seeking a Marketing Manager to join us in American Fork, Utah! Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our athlete-first philosophy. You will lead market research initiatives to identify trends and insights, ensuring our brand remains ahead in the competitive landscape. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee promotional campaigns and coordinate product launches that inspire excellence. Your role will also involve analyzing campaign performance metrics to refine future strategies, while maintaining a strong focus on customer engagement.
Job Duties:
- Support GTM strategies and timelines for all channels (Direct, Retail, Team Sales, Hitter's House)
- Product Marketing
- Support product positioning.
- Creating consumer-facing copy from raw product information.
- Ensure consistency across communications.
- Communicate at the Brand, Category and Product level.
- Brand Campaigns
- Building out the extensions and opportunities for campaigns.
- Research and propose new creative ways to activate.
- Photo/video shoot scheduling, planning, pre-production and on-site support
- Contribute to content calendar planning and support on-time execution of plans
- Facilitation of reviews and final delivery of assets with outside vendor partners
- Support retail - product positioning, assets delivery, Ecomm audits, opportunity follow-through
- Manage special projects start to finish as opportunities arise.
- Explore new channels, partners and collaborations.
- Event or activation support (ex: sales meetings, tradeshows, Marucci World Series)
- Collaborate with social media and content creators.
- Support cross-company Marketing initiatives
Requirements/Skills:
- The ideal candidate would also have experience in the following areas.
- Campaign creation
- Video/Photoshoots
- Brand management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines and changing needs.
- Accountability and sense of ownership.
- Understanding of various sports is a plus, but not required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Product and Brand Marketing working with creative teams.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
