This role is only confirmed to be a 3-month contract. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule. A qualified candidate would have email marketing experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp), Google Ads experience, hands-on experience with CMS and/or website management, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, Social Media platforms) Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Website Management: Help maintain, update, and optimize the company website to ensure an optimal user experience and high performance. SEO and SEM: Support the implementation and management of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and drive targeted traffic. Content Management: Assist in creating, curating, and managing digital content across all platforms, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and on-brand. Social Media Management: Help develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various social media channels. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Email Marketing: Assist in the design and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Digital Advertising: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising. AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts, such as personalized content recommendations, chatbots, and predictive analytics. Collaborations and Partnerships: Assist in working with influencers, bloggers, and partners to enhance the digital reach and credibility of the brand. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, AI advancements, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, IT, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS, social media management tools). Strong analytical and creative skills with the ability to contribute to innovative digital content and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Understanding of AI applications in digital marketing. Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles. Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications. Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., chatbots, AI-driven analytics).
