Our client, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team onsite in Stamford, CT!

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale process: Attend meetings with advertisers, agencies, and/or internal employee group to identify client needs; lead internal briefing sessions of cross-disciplinary teams; develop response proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful, on-brand, and on-strategy; and pitch ideas succinctly & effectively
• Create Marketing Strategy: Synthesize advertiser direction, sales strategy, and consumer insights into compelling strategic platforms that focus thinking and spark creative ideation
• Storytelling: Weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and / or Word
• Communication: Cultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners: sales, production, marketing, digital, social, etc.
• Cross-platform dexterity: Develop and communicate ideas that stretch across platforms (linear, streaming, digital, social, experiential, etc.)
• Expertise in digital with a strong track record of executing campaigns across video, social, OTT, and emerging formats
• Post-sale process: Develop the overall activation and fulfillment plan for individual accounts, inclusive of client’s KPI’s, and prepare recap / renewal materials

Requirements

• Four-year degree (B.A.,B.S) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
• 5 + years sponsorship and marketing experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Candidate to work hybrid schedule based in one of the following cities: Stamford, CT; Ponte Vedra, FL
• Willingness to travel and work on weekends as needed
• Experience with deadline driven environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent executive-level presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills
