We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team full-time. If you have a flair for creativity and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d be excited to welcome you aboard.

Compensation:

$20 - $22 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Adobe Suite for basic graphic design tasks.
  • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes creating, scheduling, and analyzing the performance of content.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns, track engagement, and design promotional materials.
  • Assist with the collection and management of client testimonials.
  • Support website content updates and enhancements.
  • Help coordinate logistics for various marketing events such as workshops and webinars.


Example Event Tasks:

  • Produce short video content from existing materials for social media.
  • Develop and distribute digital resources like downloadable guides.
  • Assist in creating content for our firm’s newsletter and monitor engagement.


Potential Future Responsibilities:

  • Assist with special projects, including sourcing gifts for referral sources and VIPs.
  • Contribute to the firm’s blog and other publications.
Qualifications:

Skills Required:

  • Basic skills in graphic design with Adobe Suite; a simple portfolio may be requested.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and interest in digital marketing trends.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
  • Basic video editing skills and the ability to create engaging digital content.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain confidentiality.
