Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator in B2B and Channel marketing to collaborate with the Director of Marketing. This role involves managing both ABA and VerusRx marketing programs across specific channels. Key responsibilities include supporting business objectives, leading customer acquisition efforts, fostering client retention, executing business development initiatives, and providing sales support.

Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator

  • Marketing Strategy
  1. Manage marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments, supporting our overall strategic marketing plan.
    • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs and activities in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on leads, proposal activity, new sales, and retention.
  • Oversees the creative process and development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Communications and Content Creation
    • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and recommend marketing tactics.
    • Create content for internal and external newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, proposals, social media platforms and others.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct marketing research projects to generate insights supporting improved marketing strategy and communications.
    • Performs quarterly benchmark analysis against direct competitors and analyzes market trends.

  1. Monitor and assess competitive landscape, consumer and U.S. healthcare trends to inform strategic interventions.
  • Events
    1. Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.
    2. Creates and maintains an internal and external events calendar.
    3. Orders and keep tradeshow and conference materials up to date.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and other internal stakeholders in producing marketing materials to support field-facing teams.
  • Assist in executing marketing programs from start to finish, driving stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Support internal organizations in delivering collateral and presentations for sales and account management teams.

Qualifications for Marketing Coordinator

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience building marketing campaigns and reporting on the results
  • Exposure to digital and B2B marketing
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Ability to travel as necessary (10%)
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or similar experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the PBM or TPA industry
