Job Description
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role by helping the marketing team keep things organized and moving forward across a variety of marketing programs.
Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with other marketing staff to develop unique campaign ideas to market a company’s products, services. The ideal candidate duties include supporting advertising campaigns, support day-to-day social media marketing initiatives, campaigns and strategy along with price strategies and targeting the demographic data of Bluu’s target audience as well working as part of a team to accomplish tasks by set deadlines and making adjustments throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from B2B and B2C.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating content for and the types of messages the audience (Advertising and social media)
- Assisting trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Conducting competitor product research and competitive price analysis.
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work directly with designers, social media, YouTube and content to design and implement marketing campaigns and experience using social media platforms for paid advertising.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
- Assist various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as marketing Coordinator or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
