Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Overview: The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department with daily activities, help execute marketing campaigns, and assist in a variety of tasks related to marketing strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and event planning. The role requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
• Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to help inform marketing strategies
• Help maintain and update the company website and ensure all content is up-to-date
• Assist with the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.)
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including managing databases and filing systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
