Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant at XTalk Prep, you will support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and teamwork, as you will assist in various marketing activities including content creation, campaign coordination, and market research.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Create, edit, and manage content for social media, email, and website platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and prepare reports.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
