In the Marketing Manager role, you will:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help lead the efforts of our marketing team and further develop and drive the team and our marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager should research and know market trends and consumer needs, create marketing campaigns, blog posts, social media posts, and print marketing materials. 
  • Develop, implement, and manage all marketing efforts and strategies for print, social, events (trade and community), advertising, and email campaigns
  • Lead cross-functional company marketing initiatives and projects  
  • Create and manage social media calendar and strategy 
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements through all aspects of the funnel (traffic, lead generation, acquisition, conversion, and retention) 
  • Manage and communicate marketing efforts to leadership with tracked KPI’s, tactics, and recommendations focused on data analysis and revenue generating tactics
  • Think creatively and add new ideas to pitch for new and exciting social content and campaigns
  • Manage and plan real estate trade show event includes table set up, print materials, ect
  • Continuously provide recommendations for marketing and sales leadership


The Marketing Manager will help us achieve the following goals:
  • Achieve and maintain AllView on 1st page of Google across all markets and service areas
  • Get company published in reputable industry publications
  • Improve social media followers across all major social media platforms
  • Improve conversion rate on Yelp and PPC

Requirements for Marketing Manager Role:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA)
  • 1-4 years in a Marketing related field
    • Open to candidates with relevant experience in the real estate industry 
  • Graphic design, marketing, and advertising experience 
  • Solid experience with managing and leading SEO

Tools we use: AppFolio, HubSpot, Lead Simple, Canva, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Flip snack, WordPress, 

The Marketing Managers skills will include:
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate graphic designs, public relations and advertising
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to represent company in public during marketing events
