Integrated Marketing Manager Retail Contract to Hire Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Marysville, Ohio Hybrid; 2 - 3 days in-office What you’ll be doing: Campaign Integration & Execution: Support strategic implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all teams are talking and driving to united goals. Project Management: Manage projects through SMG Workflow platform, manage intern reviews & approvals through all required partners. Manage project timelines, feedback loops, asset/file release, file archives, etc. to ensure work is delivered on time. Brand Activation: Lead implementation of brand partnership activations like sweepstakes, giveaways, events etc. Resource Management: Lead and manage internal and external resources. Main point of contact for agency partners, managing the flow of communication between internal and external partners. Manage agency proposals, vendor contracts, budgets and reporting as needed. Must maintain a working knowledge of brand unit financial goals and deliver against goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration across the entire marketing plan; know when to engage the right partners at the right time in the process. Results-driven: Advocate for actionable results and push for alignment and accountability across teams to achieve marketing goals. Organizational Navigation: Effectively navigate a complex organizational structure, building relationships and fostering collaboration to facilitate project success Additional responsibilities assigned as special needs may arise and should be considered as important as brand/business responsibilities noted above. Who we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree required in marketing or related field 5 - 7 years of comparable experience in marketing management or other relevant work experience; agency account management experience a plus The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted organization and possess the ability to drive for results across teams. Must have the ability to influence and lead across the organization Proven project management skills with experience balancing Director level department leads, multiple priorities, and deadlines Strong strategic problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across functions and personality types Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with Google or Adobe creative software is a plus Project Management Certification a plus
