Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends relevant to our products and services.
- Create and manage marketing content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing alignment and support product launches effectively.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and report on key findings to guide future marketing efforts.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand development, advertising, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
