We have experienced rapid vertical and horizontal expansion over the past decade. To further the growth, we are looking for highly ambitious professionals to join our company.
As our VP, Marketing, you will own the planning, development, and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives for our global portfolio of products and brands. You will grow and lead a high-performing department of 20+ employees responsible for driving revenue, ROI, brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position at our corporate office: 11 E 44th St, 6th Fl, New York, NY 10017.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear marketing vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Lead the team in executing this vision effectively. Foster a high-performance culture within the marketing department.
- Global Expansion: Drive the company’s expansion by developing global and local strategies, creating frameworks and roadmaps for marketing initiatives, and building a highly efficient marketing department to support the growth.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through marketing activities and innovation. Set revenue targets with executive management and measure progress against those goals.
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Own and oversee all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including research, performance marketing, digital and print advertising, social, email, affiliate, communications, event, OOH, branding, reputation, referrals, and others.
- Brand Management: Work cross functionally with Product teams to establish stories of our various brands and develop a long-term scalable brand marketing strategy based on business goals, fostering brand loyalty and recognition. Continuously monitor brand perception through market research, customer feedback, and social listening.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with Product teams to implement product marketing strategies and measure product performance. Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to drive a shared roadmap, build and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, and achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Retention: Develop strategies to retain and grow the existing customer pool by ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
- Measurement and Reporting: Implement robust performance metrics and analytics to accurately measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, and provide insights to improve ROI. Provide performance reports on a regular basis to the executive management team and CEO.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Perform sales forecasts based on historical data and current trends. Develop and manage marketing budgets as agreed to by the executive management team. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Customer Insights: Achieve thorough understanding of our target audience and their needs through market research, analysis, and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Achieve thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, provide in-depth strategic insights to the executive management team. Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- People Management: Build and lead a high-performing and efficient department of 20+ members. Implement KPIs for the entire marketing function, each subteam and individual position to ensure continuous growth and optimization.
- Operations Efficiency: Standardize processes and procedures, implement automations, and continuously optimize.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing, with 10 years of leadership experience in a hyper-growth environment
- Experience with ticketing platforms and/or experiential products is a plus
- Extensive experience in driving revenue growth through multi-channel marketing
- A proven track record of building and leading successful marketing teams of 20+ members managing a portfolio of brands
- Extremely revenue oriented, highly analytical, data driven, and tech savvy
- Exceptional communication, project and change management skills
- Thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- This position requires 50+ hours per week on average

Compensation:
Base salary $250k - $300k plus bonus and LTI
