We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team, elevate our brand presence, grow patient acquisition, and optimize our digital marketing efforts.


Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support the growth of our multi-location dental implant centers. This role requires expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, pricing strategy, and digital marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dental/healthcare industry and experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth across all centers.

- Digital Marketing & SEO: Optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance, improve website rankings, and drive qualified traffic. Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.

- PPC & Google Ads: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, including keyword research, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.

- Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective pricing models that align with business objectives and patient affordability.

- Website Management & Conversion Optimization: Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience and conversion-driven performance.

- Content & Social Media Marketing: Lead content creation efforts (blog posts, video, social media, email marketing) to drive engagement and establish thought leadership in the dental implant industry.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- In-depth knowledge of the dental implant industry.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and pricing strategy.

- Proven track record of scaling digital marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and optimizing conversion rates.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.

- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
