• Provide insights and customer feedback to the Marketing Associate Manager, supporting retention goals.
• Attend weekly meetings to review strategies and client expectations.
• Network with other Marketing Associates to refine communication tactics.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communications preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Initiative and level-headedness in handling challenges.
• Willingness to accept and apply constructive feedback.
• Past experience in marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus.
