Position Overview: As a Marketing Intern at Mustard Seed Management Company, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives while learning the ropes of the industry. You'll collaborate with our internal team and external advertising agency on various projects, including social media management, content creation, event coordination, and campaign execution. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a real-world setting, with the potential to transition into a full-time Marketing Coordinator position.

Wage: $17 to $19 an hour, depending on experience; average weekly hours expected to be 15 to 25 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support event planning and coordination, including promotions for special events and community outreach.
• Collaborate with the advertising agency on creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Help manage customer feedback and online reviews, ensuring positive brand engagement.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, advertising, and the restaurant industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
