Consistently provides an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere during visits. Provide gifts and any updates or changes to the office given by the practice manager. Makes appropriate changes in the system of any changes in the referring office. Responsible for building rapport with referring offices front desks and Doctors. Remember specific information about each office to bring up in conversation. Bring referral cards to any office in need. Maintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration daily. Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned.
