Job Title: Marketing Manager
Position Type: Temp to Perm
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Temp to Perm)
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid 2 Days in Office)
Pay Range: $32/Hr. - $35/Hr. on W2
Job Description:
Top 3-5 Mandatory And/or Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in creating and executing marketing communications, campaigns, strategies, and plans.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program efficacy and make informed strategic decision, while providing program reporting to all impacted commercial teams.
- Ability to meticulously manage budgets.
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and/or work in cross-functional groups
- Good interpersonal skills.
Required levels/ Years of Experience education:
- Bachelor's degree, minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
General function:
- The Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the Client's brand in North America (US, Canada & Puerto Rico).
- This position is responsible for leading a team that develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives to build the Client's brand, while driving traffic, sales and profits.
- This individual will partner closely with the cross functional teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach for all customer touch points.
Major duties & responsibilities:
- The Marketing Manager is a results-driven critical thinker that embraces innovation, and is a self-starter. He/she must possess an in-depth understanding of brand marketing principles to deliver marketing initiatives from a brand-right, customer point of view.
- Brand Leadership - Ability to articulate a clear vision of the Client's brand initiatives that inspire a shared vision among partners.
- Ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement points.
- Initiative Development & Implementation - Oversee the identification and development of integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives.
- Collaborate and partner with both internal & external cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement touch points.
- New Idea Development - Develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives as appropriate based on opportunities, consumer insights and industry trends.
- Marketing Analysis - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance current and future marketing initiatives.
- Team Development - Manage, motivate and develop team members.
