Dutko Ragen Homes and Investments Group is seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. With a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year (+ bonus potential), this role offers the perfect blend of creativity and strategic thinking in the vibrant real estate industry.

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly + Bonuses

• Website & Social Media Management
• Program, Execute, and Analyze Email campaign performance
• Create Print Marketing
• Coordinate Client & Community Events
• Create Mood Boards with Selection Packages: paint colors, tile, flooring, counters, fixtures/hardware, etc.
• Work closely with the Inside Sales Agent to track conversion of lead sources
• Maintain mailing campaigns

• BA in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline or previous experience in a marketing role
• Experience developing/deploying communications and marketing strategies across a global organization to effectively drive change, through a team and outsourced social media agencies
• Creative problem-solver, with the ability to think, plan, and execute multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion, balancing the long-term and urgent needs of the team
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to write with tact and diplomacy
• Stays up-to-date on the latest trends in technology, development, websites, and competitor activity
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis. Follow Up Boss experience a plus
