Marketing Associate

Overview

The Marketing Associate reports to the Director of Marketing. You will assist in a wide variety of marketing initiatives for the Kelley | Uustal brand, as well as individual attorney marketing plans. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with exceptional writing and research skills, basic graphic design skills, knowledgable and active on all major social media platforms.

What You Will Do

• Draft content to be used across numerous platforms, both external and internal facing.
• Research past cases, current cases and firm stories for content creation.
• Daily social media sweeps .
• Proactively update attorney biographies.
• Research and maintain calendar of networking event opportunities.
• Manage providing collateral for firm sponsorships and managing attendance at sponsored events. 
• Maintain calendar of professional awards for attorneys and assist with submission of award applications. 
• Manage in-house and external marketing events. 
• Create reports on success of marketing initiatives. 
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

What is Required?

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field

• Knowledge of website editing software such as Wordpress
• Experience creating posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
• Basic video editing skills
• Basic graphic design skills
• Social media scheduling app experience
• Microsoft office suite
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Creative and innovative 
• Organized, detail-oriented
