Job Description
In this role at New Energy Equity, the Marketing Coordinator designs and implements marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email and direct mail. This position will manage marketing CRM, monitor and analyze campaign data to provide insights for improvement, oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure things run smoothly, and seek ways to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Job Duties include the following:
• Assists the Director of Marketing with developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email and direct mail.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments that positively impact results.
• Develop and execute customer relationship management campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize CRM (Salesforce) processes and improve customer data analysis.
• Assist with content generation, writing compelling and persuasive copy for mailers, blog posts, case studies, and more.
• Other marketing-related duties may be assigned.

Required Experience:
• Strong experience with marketing campaign execution across a variety of different platforms, channels, and audiences.
•Track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• High level of proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, and/or other Marketing automation platforms.
• High level of proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• High level of proficiency with M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Thoughts:
• Campaign manager with some CRM management involved.
• Focus on execution, efficiency, quality, while searching for process improvement opportunities.
• Understanding of how to interpret data, provide insights and present them to the team
The expected annual compensation range for this position is $50,000-60,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity. This range is a good faith estimate based on the position's requirements. Specific compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary depending on factors such as relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
