Marketing Coordinator

Our firm is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its growing and talented marketing department. The candidate must be creative, flexible, organized, and possess strong time-management skills. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marketing, communication and graphic design experience, as well as familiarity with web and social media platforms. Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Write and edit content for internal and external marketing and communication materials, as needed.
  • Identify, write, and edit award submissions and coordinate related materials and events.
  • Coordinate professional photography. This will include preparing shot lists and communicating with internal staff, clients and photographer.
  • Track, organize, and coordinate tradeshows/conferences and related tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, when necessary, for print and production of marketing and communication materials.
  • Support department in preparing, printing, and assembling collateral as well as client materials such as proposals, qualifications, tour booklets, etc.
  • Coordinate in-office job shadows and related materials.
  • Coordinate personnel photography, bios, and other on-boarding tasks.
  • Research and coordinate the ordering of promotional items for firm.
  • Assist with firm’s web and social media presence, as needed.
  • Monitor inventory of department resources such as printer and paper supplies, coils, labels, binders, etc., and work with Office Manager to order.
  • Maintain printer and coordinate outside printer maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure all collateral supports the firm’s strategic goals and brand identity, and takes into account intended use, audience, and the specific project’s goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing job-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate shall have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing, communications, and graphic design experience.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and WordPress.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Highly productive work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize job responsibilities, work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment – a collaborative spirit is essential.

Experience working in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry is preferred.
