Job Purpose
The Marketing Analyst role is pivotal in synthesizing data from multiple sources to uncover compelling insights that will drive our marketing strategies and initiatives. The Marketing Analyst will create and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring that key information is disseminated appropriately within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the primary analytics thought partner and trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership, by analyzing data, surfacing insights, and recommending actionable findings.
- Develop and maintain Sales and Marketing reporting with consistent metrics definitions and excellent user experience.
- Utilize data to craft compelling narratives about campaign performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Operate as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, experimental design, testing and analytical methodology, modeling, and impact analysis.
- Develop predictive models, segmentation strategies, and data visualization techniques to support strategic decision-making and optimize processes.
- Measure ROI (Return On Investment) of online and offline advertising campaigns and report on key marketing metrics such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Assist with Annual Planning and ad-hoc data analysis based on business questions by Sales Leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Experience working alongside third-party marketing agencies
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and Google Analytics data and reporting
- Proficient in data analysis and a knack for storytelling through data
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong grasp of statistics, with experience in statistical languages (R, Python, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytics concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the manufactured housing/multi-family/real estate sector is a plus.
