The Marketing Coordinator assists with the overall marketing and business development plan for Bonneville Builders.

 

Job Expectations:

  • Working with the company’s Business Development team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations—including proposal packets for contracts.
  • Work closely with our external suppliers to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Managing and creating a digital media presence including website management, social media, newsletters, and digital billboards
  • Undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends; conducting market research and identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Administrating and coordinating HubSpot for the use of the Business Development Team.
  • Managing incoming project inquiries.
  • Staying abreast of potential project opportunities within target markets; tracking projects and city economic development; sharing target possibilities with the Business Development Team.
  • Represent company at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
  • Oversee collateral assets, keeping information on all promotional materials accurate, up-to-date, and within Bonneville’s branding.
  • Creating new collateral assets in conjunction with our external suppliers; ensuring aesthetic quality, professionalism, and branding of all assets.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Plan and execute events related to client experiences as well as employee experiences.

  • Confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact easily with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Sensitivity to confidentiality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding and PR opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite (especially InDesign), and Hubspot

 

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
