Marketing Coordinator – Join Our Team!

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our professional services firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-accountability environment where clear communication and achieving goals are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the owner and team to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in bookings, ads, and social media campaigns.
• Research and implement solutions using online platforms such as YouTube, forums, and other tools to address issues effectively.
• Ensure consistent communication about your progress, so the team is always aligned and informed—no chasing required.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to market our services and grow our brand presence.
• Manage and expand our social media presence while driving audience engagement.
• Work with digital buyers to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
• Monitor leads and appointments, proactively identifying and implementing strategies to improve lead flow and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously assess and ensure goals are being met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and self-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to keep the team informed and aligned.
