What began as a pair of blenders, a patio table, and a fridge has flourished into a 200-unit operator and franchisor of the leading fast casual restaurant concept.

Who You Are: As a Marketing & Sales Manager, you’re a positive and enthusiastic people-person, who may just so happen to have a passion for fruit, superfoods, and all things healthy! You will be responsible for maintaining and managing 7 shops growth both virtually on social media platforms as well as in-shop.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule posts for 5-7 locations using scheduling software on social media accounts

  • Create, run, and report loyalty campaigns

  • Track growth of each shop’s social media channels

  • Schedule and attend events at local gyms to promote the business

  • Work with shop managers to schedule marketing activities and monitor growth

  • Create assets and content across all locations for both digital and in-shop use

  • Review and execute marketing plans, including corporate initiatives

  • Work with local social media influencers to conduct additional visibility and giveaways

  • Conduct weekly business drop offs of product to build our clientele

  • Work with company’s catering program to grow our catering network and services
