Strategy Development : Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals. Event Management : Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution. Marketing Materials : Create and oversee marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Content Development : Support the development of promotional content for social media, email, and other marketing channels. Client Engagement : Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships. Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the marketing and events team as needed. Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination : Coordinate and manage the logistics of events, from planning to execution. Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns. Content Creation : Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content. Campaign Analysis : Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes. Budget & Timeline Management : Assist in the management of budgets, timelines, and project plans. Vendor Collaboration : Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution. Industry Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Desired Skills & Experience: Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role. Organization : Strong organizational and project management skills. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms. Teamwork : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Creativity & Problem-Solving : Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
