Our Americas Field Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to contribute to our Account Based Marketing (ABM) program. As a key member of the regional team, youll be a self-starter who can work both independently and with a team, be self-motivated, be highly adaptable, and flexible to change direction when needed. Key Responsibilities

  • Helps to strengthen relationships and the reputation of the JMP brand within strategic accounts by developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate new opportunities.
  • Leads the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of targeted account-based marketing campaigns in collaboration with JMP strategic account sales teams. Tests different approaches and tactics to improve the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and drive stronger results.
  • Facilitates meetings and discussions to define appropriate strategies associated with account goals. Solicits input and feedback through direct interaction with business partners and provides regular reports and insights to stakeholders highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborates closely with sales partners to segment audiences and develop personalized messaging. Distributes through email, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Works with content creators to develop videos, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and other assets specific to the needs and challenges of strategic target accounts.
  • Partners with JMP customer alliance team to expand messaging on client channels with the goal of account expansion.
  • Develops and deploys LinkedIn advertisements to targeted accounts.
  • Utilizes ZoomInfo intent data and JMP content to engage targeted accounts.
  • Establishes reporting guidelines and measures of success as the U.S. account-based marketing lead for strategic 1:1 execution.
  • Tests different approaches and tactics to improve the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and drive stronger results.
  • Tracks and analyzes the performance of ABM campaigns, focusing on key metrics like account engagement, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact. Communicates results accordingly and makes data-driven decisions to improve future outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participates in account planning sessions with sales team on strategic accounts to identify opportunities and align on goals.
  • Provides recommendations to resolve complex business problems.
  • Responsible for operations and logistics of marketing activities, events and/or campaigns in accordance with the account-based marketing plan.
  • Proactively shares best practices at the regional level.

Keys to Success

  • Considerable knowledge of marketing concepts including content, digital, social and email strategies and business-to-business acumen.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences at various stages of the customer journey.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Good organizational, project management and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of account-based marketing concepts and sound proficiency in key internal and external software applications.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical information to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.

Education

A degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related discipline.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (software industry is preferred). Experience in account-based marketing and with a variety of technology platforms including ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
