Position: Marketing Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team at Tru-Scapes Outdoor Lighting, an industry-leading outdoor lighting manufacturer. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engages our target audience, and supports sales growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage a wide range of marketing activities, from digital to physical channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Calendar: Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and analytics.
  • Website Management: Make updates and improvements to the company website to enhance user experience, ensure current and accurate information, and optimize for SEO.
  • Pay Per Click (PPC) and SEO: Manage PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research, and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
  • Google Presence: Maintain and optimize the company's presence on Google, including Google My Business and other relevant platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers.
  • Displays/Merchandising: Create and manage in-store displays and merchandising materials to support our partners.
  • Digital and Physical Literature: Produce and distribute marketing collateral, such as brochures, catalogs, and digital content.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts.
  • New Product Communications: Coordinate the launch and promotion of new products, including creating marketing materials and communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
