Our firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team! You will assist the Director of Marketing grow and retain our various practice area clients.

The Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to develop in the position, be proactive in supporting the team, contribute ideas and anticipate any obstacles or opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage content on the firm’s websites, and social media sites to promote the Firm’s brand and increase visibility among clients, prospects, and referrals.
  • Assist the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the content and preparation of the firm’s newsletter.
  • Writing and editing newsletters and other marketing materials.
  • Assistance with CRM maintenance, data entry, and email marketing.
  • Serving as primary administrative support for the Marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing- preferred.
  • Previous experience in legal marketing or service related fields.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under demanding time constraints.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well in teams.
