Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to work on marketing-related projects and social media for our plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare and aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and brand.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.).
- Select and prepare before and after pictures to be posted on different platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Produce, select, edit, and prepare promotional videos, photos, and pictures for different platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and our website.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools is desirable.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.50 per hour
