Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Franchise Marketing Manager initiates, executes and is responsible for projects that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy. The Manager collaborates with franchisees, franchise partners, our marketing committee as well as internal team members to support the goal of driving leads and growing store revenues.
Big Frog is a smaller franchise organization (over 75 stores open) with a focus on our system culture. We are a small team that works hard, has fun, and drives our brand's success. You will be working closely with Operations & the founders.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Converts brand strategies into innovative action plans to achieve marketing growth opportunities and executes new strategies to generate revenue
- Manage resources, tasks, contracts, scope, and budgets for projects
- Development of marketing collateral and programs
- Understands digital marketing trends
- Manages roll out and execution of key programs to franchise system
- Develop and/or polish toolbox of successful tactics to be used by franchisees to drive revenue
- Specify new technology platforms and partners to offer more marketing tools to franchisees
- Trains operations and franchisees on marketing strategies
- In partnership with Operations, measure and report against plan outcomes
- Work with Learning & Development for updating marketing related training materials and marketing manuals
- Creative campaign development using different tactics - ads, video, print, social media
- Collaborates with Operations and franchisees on how to properly roll-out Corporately supported and endorsed marketing programs and partner agreements
- Manages 2 directly reporting staff focused on graphic design and digital marketing
- Webinar and PowerPoint creation and presentations
Required Technical Skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing - focus in franchising or retail preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
- Displays the ability to translate brand strategy into effective program guidelines and action plans
- Microsoft Office & Google Suite
Required Education Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business or related field) required

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation and reports
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting tight deadlines with fast-paced changing priorities; exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage several projects at once, even while away from the office
- Proven self-starter with independence, initiative and drive to succeed with a flexible can-do approach
- Retail marketing experience a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to make independent decisions
