Role Summary:
This role is a full-time salary position plus bonus/commission. Primary responsibilities involve in-person marketing to lead sources in our area of operation, as well as marketing performance tracking and reporting. Sales, customer service/marketing skills are great but above all we are looking for positive, engaging attitudes, talented conversationalists and relationship-builders, and people who share our strong desire to help our community and one another. We will teach the rest!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and conduct daily marketing routes to potential lead sources using software.
- Conduct marketing using social media.
- Communicate/develop relations with lead sources.
- Interact with and help potential customers and lead sources by phone and support bookings/dispatching.
- Establish relationships and rapport with stakeholders and lead sources while building value in the brand.
- Lead calls and meetings.
- Increase territory revenue and achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor, track and report marketing activities and results including completing logs, writing reports, leading meetings/calls.
- Participate in All Dry marketing calls/continuous training/education.
Requirements:
Candidates must be able/willing to:
- travel locally in the southeast MA region for visits to lead source offices
- walk and stand for long periods of time including driving, sitting
- plan and execute a marketing strategy in the field with limited supervision
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year prior work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Satisfactory driving record/background check
- Experienced with computer tech, e.g. computers, smart phones, tablets, social media, Microsoft Office/other software
- Excellent attitude
A plus:
- Business/marketing degreePrior marketing/sales/customer service/restoration field experience
- Experience with business software technologies
- Excellent organizational, time-management, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong plus:
- 1-3 years direct relatable experience such as sales, marketing, customer service
- Experience developing a marketing territory, generate prospective job leads, with a positive performance record
- Leadership, prior supervisory, and multilingual skills
