Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will provide essential administrative support, assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, manage assets, fulfill basic graphic design requests, and assist in compiling reports. They are responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches. Essential Functions:

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, conducting polls or other internal feedback, preparing project briefs, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in communication between the marketing department and other departments, as well as clients and partners.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing events, webinars and other promotional activities as required.
  • Assist in brand-compliant external graphic design, and material preparation
  • Help coordinate marketing projects and campaigns by tracking timelines, deliverables and team responsibilities.
  • Assist in the implementation, as well as responses, of social media strategies and campaigns defined by the marketing department across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Assist in managing content on the company’s website and listings.
  • Administer inventory and distribution of marketing supplies, promotional materials, and giveaways.
  • Assist in marketing-related data maintenance and preparation of internal reports.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, but not required. Relevant experience is valued.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role – internships or other practical experience included.
  • Proficient graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting, moving, and carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods
  • Ability to climb stairs/ladders
  • Clarity of vision at approximately 20-36 inches
  • Keyboarding for long periods
