Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in achieving lead goals, and executing impactful campaigns. You’ll manage end-to-end marketing activities, collaborate with the other departments, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our brand presence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Generation & Advertising: Oversee strategies for residential and commercial products to drive growth.
• Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans for both new and established product lines.
• Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the Marketing Team to maximize productivity.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on marketing results to refine strategies and drive success.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with leadership to manage and adhere to the marketing budget.
• Creative Strategy: Contribute fresh ideas for messaging and design across all marketing materials.
• Content Creation: Oversee content development for publications, websites, blogs, and social media channels.
• Studio Production: Direct studio activities, develop scripts, and coordinate podcast recordings.
• Customer Relations: Engage with customer reviews and responses on digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Business or marketing-related degree preferred.
• Experience: 4-6 years in marketing, ideally in residential home improvement.
• Skills: Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, high-level organizational ability, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mindset: Creative, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Additional Requirements: Must be able to work independently, think strategically, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
