Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video and photo editing for promotional purposes and be responsible for editing and uploading content created by our Pharmaceutical Liaison for our social media accounts, website, email marketing, and other outlets. This position will assist in the management of our social media accounts and distribute promotional material and giveaways. This role will assist in events we participate in or organize nationwide and may require some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
· Create marketing materials for the sales and marketing team to assist with promotion of the company and products
· Coordinate promotional elements and giveaways, working closely with our customer service team
· Assist in organizing events nationwide, including trade shows and conferences
· Provide SEO data to marketing leadership for best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve website traffic
· Provide quality photos and videos to the Pharmaceutical Liaison so that they can regularly generate new content
· Work collaboratively with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry, including regulatory changes, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
· 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on video and photo editing and social media management
· Healthcare industry experience in copywriting
· Tech-savvy and active on various social media platforms
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable in attendance of both regular hours scheduled M-F, and occasional weekend corporate events or conferences
· Willingness to travel as needed
