The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) is the national medical society representing emergency medicine. Through continuing education, research, public education, and advocacy, ACEP advances emergency care on behalf of its 41,000 emergency physician members, and the more than 150 million Americans they treat on an annual basis.

Located in Irving, TX, we offer paid insurance plans (medical, dental, and vision), retirement, flexible scheduling, and more. This role is open to applicants local to the DFW area only; fully remote applicants will not be considered. For local employees, a hybrid schedule of in-office work and work-from-home is possible upon approval by the manager.

The Marketing Manager develops and executes strategic integrated marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, print, and web advertising to support sales of ACEP’s key revenue drivers. This role will work to enhance revenue generation while increasing awareness of projects that provide value to our members.

Applicants should have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with marketing analytic tools, and prior experience with web content editing as well as SEO/SEM & Google Analytics. Candidates should also be comfortable conducting market analysis, creating segmented lists for targeted marketing, creation of digital and social materials, and managing a marketing budget.

Our ideal candidate has…

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing roles, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare organization.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management systems such as Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
  • Proficiency in copy writing for e-marketing and promotional materials.

Other desired qualifications include an MBA in marketing, experience with Adobe creative products, and comfort working strategically on a small team.
