Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Oversee social media platforms, including strategy, graphic creation, content, and engagement.
● Assist with the needs of new and existing referring partners.
● Perform data entry and calendar management.
● Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports.
● Assist in managing CRM databases.
● Help with marketing event planning and facilitation.
● Manage marketing route gift bag creation and cost-out.
● Order marketing items and apparel.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Manage online reputation.
• Comfortable using WordPress-Elementor.
• Skilled in MailChimp or Constant Contact.
• Proficient in all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest).
• Experience with Canva a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive) and
Adobe Acrobat.
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Takes direction well and customer service driven.
