Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our dual marketing efforts: acquiring painting business partners and driving revenue on their behalf. Working closely with our Head of Revenue and sales team, you'll develop and manage campaigns to bring in new painting businesses and oversee the growth and optimization of those painters' acquisition funnels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a talent for building effective, sales-reliant acquisition funnels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, direct mail, and lead partners (portals) to acquire high-quality leads
Manage our social media presence and create engaging content that resonates with our audiences.
Initiate and maintain influencer partnerships, managing campaigns from conception to execution.
Produce compelling copy and content to support our marketing strategies.
Design and maintain a high-converting website.
Optimize our search engine strategies to maximize online visibility.
Conduct thorough data analysis and reporting, primarily through SQL and Google Analytics 4.
Manage CRM tools and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
Professional Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the responsibilities listed above.
Prior experience in home services, specifically within residential house painting is preferred.
Experience with web design, SQL, and search engine management are preferred, but not required.
Compensation
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience
